Redding Democrats are invited to gather for celebration and camaraderie at Century Club on September 23rd from 4-7pm to support the election of Democrats in the November 6th election. Delicious comfort food is being provided by Melt Mobile, and Garner Lester and his band “Catfish” will entertain the crowd.
“Connecticut has a two hard-working Senators looking after our interests in Washington and who share Redding values. With Chris Murphy on the ballot for re-election this November along with Congressman Jim Himes, and the Governorship and State Legislature of Connecticut at stake, we have many fine candidates, such as gubernatorial candidate Ned Lamont, seeking election on the Democrats’ line. Many of the candidates for election will be at Century Club,” said Mary Ann Carman of the Democratic Town Committee.
“We need Redding Democrats to do everything they can to help us to get out the vote, and Century Club is the Redding Democratic Town Committee’s main fundraiser. The annual party is a fun way to meet Democratic candidates alongside your fellow Redding Democrats, all with music and delicious food. It’s always such a great time, and all Democrats in town are encouraged to attend.”
The party will be at Joe and Mary Lee Pampel’s home at 83 Sport Hill Road. For planning purposes, RSVPs by September 19 to Karen Dolan are appreciated, by email, text or message at email@example.com or (203) 482-3920. Last minute guests are always welcome, and folks are encouraged to bring a friend.
