Amy Atamian for Zoning Board

Amy Atamian for Zoning Board

Amy has served on the Redding Zoning Commission since 2005 and is currently its longest serving member. Throughout that time, Amy has worked to support thoughtful development and greater housing diversity, including advocating for more flexible ADU regulations and expanding rules for renewable energy installations. Amy also serves as the Zoning representative to the Water Pollution Control Commission, which Amy now chairs. In this role, Amy has focused on succession planning, cost management, and long-term infrastructure planning— critical work as Redding considers future development in Branchville and Georgetown. As chair of the WPCC, Amy also leads the Gilbert & Bennett Wire Mill Advisory, securing over $2.5 million in grants for environmental remediation and revitalization planning. With deep experience and a commitment to responsible land use, Amy is seeking re-election to continue this important work.
