A resident who is a U.S. Citizen and is at least 17 years old (turning 18 before Election Day) may register to vote by completing a State of Connecticut Mail-In Voter Registration either in person at the Registrar of Voters Office, or Town Clerk’s Office, or by mail. If you submit the form by mail and you are registering for the first time in town, you should include identification as listed in #5 of the Registration Instructions. The completed form should be mailed to Registrar of Voters, P.O. Box 1028, Redding, CT 06875.

For an election, your application must be received by a voter registration agency by the 14th day before an election (OR you may register in person with your Registrar of Voters or Town Clerk by the 7th day before an election.
